Payment - All payments must be made in US Dollars. We take Visa, MC and Discover.
Your order will only be shipped when payment has been confirmed.
SHIPPING: Unless otherwise noted, most items on our web
site will be shipped 10-14 days of receiving your order. If an item is
out of stock or back ordered, you will be notified by email or phone with an
expected ship date.
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of quilted bags, tablecloths, napkins and
placemats from Pomegranate. These items will be shipped to you directly
from the manufacturer.
Please allow 6-10 weeks for delivery of items marked drop-ship or
freight-collect. These items will be shipped to you directly from the
manufacturer.
RETURNS: All returns require prior authorization. Please contact
us by phone or email if you need to return your order. Opened items such as cds
may not be returned but may be exchanged for the same product in the case of defect.
Jack Rogers sandals, Larkspur shoes and mules, personalized items, sale items,
and items marked as drop-ship or freight-collect may not be returned.
